Dr. Pepper Pulled Pork
Recipe type: Main Meal
  • 3-4 lb Pork Loin Roast
  • Pork Rub or yor favorite seasonings
  • 12 oz Dr Pepper
  • Barbecue Sauce (to taste)
  2. Season pork with your rub on all sides.
  3. Place in slow cooker.
  4. Pour in Dr Pepper.
  5. Cook on low 10-12 hours.
  6. Drain most of the liquid.
  7. Use tongs to shred pork.
  8. Add barbecue sauce to taste (I use a whole bottle)
  9. Stir well and reduce temp to warm for serving.
  10. Serve on buns with cole slaw on the sandwich or on the side (optional).
