Hawaiian Barbecue Chicken

I am making my Hawaiian Barbecue Chicken today in a crock pot. It is seriously so easy, there is no reason to not try it this week! I used frozen chicken for convenience, but you can use fresh of course.

Hawaiian Crock Pot Chicken With only 3 ingredients I am guessing you have already in your pantry. Plus, it can be served with rice or even noodles. Add a salad and it might be the easies recipe you make all week!

Hawaiian Barbecue Chicken
Recipe type: Main Meal

  • 1½ lb Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 bottle Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 20 oz. can Pineapple Chunks or Slices, drained

  2. Place frozen chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  3. Cover with sauce.
  4. If using slices, cut into chunks.
  5. Put drained pineapple chunks on top.
  6. Cook on High for 2-3 hours or Low for 4-6 hours.
  7. Break up or shred chicken with a fork.
  8. Serve over rice, noodles or on Hawaiian slider rolls.
